Always the best policy, we’ll be open and transparent with you right from the start when it comes to your site, the value and development. The best way to increase the price that we’ll pay is to maximise its development potential, and we’ll tell you how best to do this.

VALUE

This is where we’ll agree on how much the land is worth. However, this is dependent upon securing consent from the planning authority for the development we envision – something that we pride ourselves in being able to do.

JOINT VENTURE?

If you’re looking for another way of increasing the value of your land, this could be done by pursuing a joint venture. Here at Broadwing, we’d be more than happy to explore this option for you and demonstrate the additional value it can create.

AGREEMENT

Whether you choose a joint venture or not, once the price has been agreed, we’ll enter into an option agreement with you. We’ll then have a period of exclusivity to the site. During this period we can work with our team of architects, and planning consultants to prepare design schemes and submit the planning application.

WE'VE GOT THE BILL

We know that this can be an extremely stressful process, and we want to make this as stress-free as possible for you. That’s why we’ll bear all the costs as this is our risk, and we’re prepared to take it.

FINAL STAGE

If we are successful in securing the planning permission, we can then complete the final transaction. However, if the planning permission is rejected, we absorb the costs spent, and the option expires. You’ll then be able to sell the land on the open market without having lost a penny.
